Location

Cheonggye Plaza to Samilgyo Bridge, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Jung-gu, Seoul

2025 festival: December 12, 2025 – January 18, 2026 (main Cheonggyecheon section, lights 6:00 PM–11:00 PM). Uicheon Stream section ran until January 4. Closed January 5 (Mon). Free admission. Start at Gwanghwamun Station (near Cheonggye Plaza) or Jonggak Station (near Samilgyo Bridge), 5-minute walk. Visit on weekdays for smaller crowds. Next festival expected December 2026.
